1. Parent interview: Reason for referral; goals, major concerns, educational history, medical history, attention, social-emotional development, behavioral history, other relevant history.
2. Review of assessments/reports: Neuropsychological evaluation, psycho-educational report, ADHD evaluation, 504 plans, IEPs, report cards, work samples, other relevant reports.
3. Informal assessments at Glassman Educational Therapy and Tutoring to determine current levels of functioning in areas of concern — reading, writing, math and handwriting — and develop a personalized program.
